Why an AI assistant
The CRA is 120+ pages of regulation. Most manufacturers don't have a compliance lawyer on staff. Seentrix AI reads the regulation for you, answers questions in plain language, and points you to the right Seentrix screen when there's something to do.

Where your data lives
Every hop in the pipeline runs on European infrastructure. Inference runs at Mistral AI in Paris. Retrieval runs in our own Supabase in London. The web app serves from Vercel in Frankfurt. Your prompts and transcripts stay inside the European region end-to-end.

Privacy and retention
Conversations are stored encrypted on your own organisation's row in our EU database and purged on a plan-tiered schedule (Free 7 days / Pro 90 / Business 180 / Enterprise 365). Users can clear history any time. Mistral AI does not train on your data (zero-retention agreement).

When it says "I don't know"
If the retrieved passages don't clearly support an answer, Seentrix AI says so rather than guessing. You'll also see "not legal advice — confirm with qualified counsel" on every regulatory answer. It's a tool, not a lawyer.
